2. Specification of the CTL Line

2.1 Coil Loading Car

1) Structure:Four-wheel walking, steel structural assembly. 

2) To-and-fro walking driven by: 3KW pin-wheel cycloid speed reducer. Chain transmission ratio: 1:1, diameter of wheel: 200mm, walking speed: 7.48m/min.

3) Up-and-down moving by hydraulic cylinder Φ200mm×700mm, max up-and-down moving distance: 700mm.

4)Max coil weight: 20T

2.2  Double Mandrel Decoiler:

1) Structure: double mandrels opposite to each other,. Put a coil on the opposite double mandrels, which clamp the coil tight.

2) Move the stand of each mandrel toward each other to clamp tight a coil, move the stands of double mandrels synchronically to make sure the coil in the centerline of CTL line.

 Brake style: hydraulic brake YWZ315 and clutch.

 4) stand moving cylinder: Φ140mm×1100mm

  5)Motor drive: 7.5KW cycloid pin-wheel motor to wind the rest coils in case which do not

need to be cut into sheets.

2.3 Coil head press and guide:

1) Coil head guide: portal steel structural assembly.

Press-down of coil head guide: press down by hydraulic cylinder.

Traction wheel: Φ320×500mm steel roller, with embossing appearance and hardening.

Power for traction: 5.5KW cycloid pin-wheel speed reducer, 1.5 inch double row sprocket and chain drive.

2) Coil head presser:

   Φ80mm guide pillar positioning, press plate 800×150mm, flatness with R5 arc chamfering angle.

Hydraulic cylinder for coil head press: Φ125mm×700mm
