2: The main machine motor power is 44kw motor made in China with speed reducer. Roller forming stations: 44 stations with wall panel structure .

3: The drice of the machine is double row 1.5 inch

4: The diameter of main shaft:85mm  ,material is 45# fine processment

5) We adopt hydraulic Cutting system and cutting length tolerance is +/-1.5mm

6) The machine rolling  speed can reach 12--15m/min not including the cutting time

7) The rolled material thickness is from 0.6mm--1.2mm, galvanized steel sheet cold rolled steel,pre-painted steel etc ,Coil input size:1400mm
