Descrition:

• The slitting machine is used widely in the steel coil processing industry with which it can process big galvanized steel coil,pre-painted steel coil,alumzinc coils and so on into some various widths and smaller coils then these smaller coils can be used widely in the roll forming industry to form different profiles .
• The whole line consits of coil car,decoiler,pinch rolls, guiding,head shearing organ,slitting machine,waste scrap recoiler ,tensioner,pre-seperator ,recoiler and unloading coil car .

3.1Coil loading car

3.2Double-mandrel Uncoiler:

1)Structure and working style: Each of the double mandrels has three steps, and radial expansion through slider driven by hydraulic cylinder (Φ140×75mm); To make sure coil on centerline of the slitting line, the double mandrels bidirectionally move toward or faraway each other, or one of the mandrel bi-directionally move toward or faraway to the other, by hydraulic cylinder(Φ125×900mm).

2)Three steps of each mandrel: Φ458Φ508mm,Φ560Φ610mm,Φ710Φ760mm.

3)Braking style: pneumatic pressure-regulating brake
