3.1Coil loading car

1) Structure: Four wheels, car body made by welding

2)Driving motor: 2.2kw cycloid pin-wheel motor

3.2Single Mandrel Uncoiler:

1) Working style: axial moving expansion by hydraulic cylinder driving Slanting slider.  

    2) Uncoiling mandrel: 508×1100mm, for other coils of bigger inner diameter, put rubber sleeve on the mandrel.

3)  Expansion range: 460--510mm.

   4)Hydraulic cylinder for expansion: Φ160×100mm

5) Braking style: pneumatic pressure regulating brake

   6)EPC automatic position control to make sure coil strip always on the center of slitting line, controlled by photoelectric sensor and performed by hydraulic motor.

3.3 Coil-end feeding & shoveling equipment
